Shoestring Upgrade
My wife and I (proud do-it-yourselfers) purchased a 3,000 square foot house (in need of serious top-to-bottom renovation) We are not contractors or engineers... we are regular people just like you. I am a 27 year old loan officer at a small community bank in New England. (No, I never thought I'd be in banking!) I am married to the woman of my dreams. We just bought our dream house (which happens to be the house I grew up in - go figure!). As for kids, we're leaning more towards sooner than later. My beliefs are deep; God, family, and a strong work ethic.
